Confirmation, one of the three Sacraments of Initiation into the Catholic Church is normally celebrated in our Archdiocese when children are in Year 6. It provides an opportunity for our children as they start to mature, to re-commit to the faith their parents entrusted to them at the time of their baptism. Like each of our Sacramental programs, the time of Confirmation provides parents with an opportunity to refresh their own understanding and commitment to their own faith, and so parents play an integral role in the preparation of their children.
Our program includes a parents' reflection evening, three evenings with parents, children and group leaders and a reflection day for the whole group together.

The following are the details for the Confirmation Program:
An email will be sent to you in due course with the link to the online preparation sessions. Your child/children will have 4 weeks to complete the program and return all the activities that we have requested.
Please return all the activities to the office via email email@example.com or delivered to 3a Mary St Hunters Hill.
Once we have received all your child’s/children’s activities, your child/children will be ready to receive the sacrament of Confirmation.
Closer to the time we will organize a reflection half day. This will enable us to meet the children and prepare them for what will happen at the Confirmation Ceremony.
Remember in order to receive Confirmation, your child will need to complete this entire program and forward the activity sheets to the office.
We are looking forward to seeing you in the near future. Thank you for all your patience at this time.
